The final rating is calculated from the average of the scores users give for each criterion.
For example, if the criteria are quality, price and support, the system averages the points to produce a final rating out of 1 to 5 stars or 0 to 100 points, depending on the account settings.

Yes. A user can change their rating within a set window (for example, within 24 hours of submitting it), so that reviews stay accurate, provided the account is the same one that submitted the original rating.
